  18. Hmm... Which version of the sound datatype do you have? I have the one 
  19. included with the 3.1 OS distribution, and have been able to play large 
  20. sound files, as long as I had the memory available for them. Only time it 
  21. has chocked was when I tried to feed it a 4meg+ wave file. Given that I 
  22. could only free up like 3.7 megs that is understandable. This has been my 
  23. experience with both 8svx and wave files. If I was you I would see about 
  24. getting a newer version of the sound datatype.
